A year ago this month, Cagayan de Oro has declared GCQ. It was a great relief coming from ECQ. Today, a year later, we are going back track, we are now on MECQ. huhuhu!

I am using the visayan language in this vlog to further spread the information about the important guidelines on MECQ here in CDO, although I am not a native speaker. I can barely speak bisaya when I tansferred here in CDO. Please understand my bisaya, I truly am trying my best.
