EL SALVADOR CITY BAYFRONT ESPLANADE, a proposed coastal boulevard development on a 26-hectare reclaimed land will be one of the major projects in El Salvador City as it positions itself in Metro Cagayan de Oro in 2025. This was revealed by City Mayor Edgar S. Lignes during yesterday’s virtual 14th Charter Day celebration.
