the rate of the 4x4 extreme experience here in laoag lapaz sand dunes is about 2,500.maximun of 5 person in each 4x4 jeep and it will take around 45 minutes. to cruise the over looking Laoag west Philippine sea,over looking laoag city and over laoag Lapas sandunes.
